Storyline:

Justine, a university freshman, becomes curious about a student social-activism group led by Alejandro and his girlfriend Kara. The group plans a visit to the Amazon rainforest to prevent a petrochemical company from forest clearing and dispossessing uncontacted native tribes. The goal is to film the forest clearing crews with cell phones and stream footage to boost awareness. Justine suggests she could bring attention to the difficulty through her father, a United Nations attorney.

The operation is funded by Carlos, a pusher who meets the group in Peru. They travel into the Amazon and journey by boat to a foreign clearing site where they start their protest, chaining themselves to bulldozers while filming the land clearing. a personal militia arrives, and when Justine is almost killed by a politician , the protest goes viral on the web . The group is arrested, but Carlos pays the police to release them. They depart by plane, but the plane’s engine explodes and it crashes into the jungle, decapitating one among the pilots and killing several people , including Carlos.
